Neil Yeomans CEnvH MIFSM is a leading authority in fire and building safety governance, leveraging over two decades of experience to shape national policy, drive sector transformation, and champion best practice across government, regulators, and industry. As an expert advisor to Government on Building Safety and former Chair of the NHF Building Safety Group, he combines strategic vision with operational 'know how' to elevate safety culture in housing and the built environment.

Neil's speciality area is in designing and embedding BS9997 based risk management systems following a detailed gap analysis. Neil has been formally recognised for this work by both the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals (ASCP) and the National Housing Management Forum (NHMF).
